More than 2,500 people are now following Maidstone United on Twitter.
The Stones microblogging site clocked up a new milestone this week when @_JoshStill hit the follow button. The club have added 500 new followers in just two months as people joined to find out about the historic homecoming.

It’s great to see Maidstone FC back in town, after so many years. Although not a football fanatic myself, it’ good news for the town, and in particular for all the local clubs/groups and youngsters to have an up-to-date facility in the County town. So thanks to all who made it possible.
