Maidstone United’s head of disability football, Lorraine Humm, has won a Kent FA Football Workforce Award.
At a ceremony held at the Gallagher Stadium, Lorraine won the Outstanding Contribution to Disability Football accolade.
Volunteers from across the Kent football community were honoured at the special event on Wednesday evening. The awards recognised and rewarded people who make a difference to grassroots football in their community – the people who dedicate their time to developing tomorrow’s young talent and help ensure safety and best practice in of thousands of clubs in Kent.
Awards were presented by QPR player Shaun Derry.
