Home ticket allocation sold out

Tickets for the home section for Sunday’s FA Cup match have sold out.

The general sale began at midday, with queues snaking behind the town end stand and along the riverside at the start. It only took until 16:00 for the ‘sold out’ sign to go up.

Club chief executive Bill Williams: “Thank you to everyone who’s bought a ticket for Sunday’s match. The demand for the game has been incredible and I feel sure that we could have sold another couple of hundred between now and the end of the week.

“I appreciate there will be some who will be disappointed not to have got a ticket. My advice to them would be to join the fan club where they would get priority to buy.”
