A Maidstone United XI will play Snodland Town this evening.
The match will be the first to be played under floodlights, which have recently been installed at Potyn’s Sportsground.
Ben Greenhalgh, Tom Murphy, Jack Richards, James Rogers and Nicky Southall will be in the squad, alongside players from the club’s academy.
Snodland play in the Southern Counties East Football League First Division – the highest level the club have competed at. They currently sit sixth in the table, six points off leaders Glebe with a game in hand. Twelve of the sixteen points they’ve achieved have come by way of a 100% home record.
Admission for this game is £5 for adults and £1 for under 16s. Refreshments will be on sale from the Paddlesworth Room in the community centre.
