FA Youth Cup versus Charlton Athletic

Stones out of the FA Youth Cup

Maidstone United have exited the FA Youth Cup tonight after losing the penalty shoot-out.

With a goalless scoreline after 90 minutes the tie went to extra time and it was the Stones who struck first through Reece Bridge. The Addicks equalised through Alex Willis in the 120th minute to take the tie to penalties.

After both teams scored their opening spots kicks, Maidstone hit the post and had the third and fourth efforts saved.
