New date for Macclesfield match

Maidstone United’s match against Macclesfield Town has been rearranged on Wednesday 21 March.

Tuesday’s fixture was postponed after a serious collision on the Kent-side of the Dartford Bridge, which closed the M25 and prevented most of the Stones squad arriving for the game.

Supporters who paid admission on that evening can present their date-stamped receipt at the turnstile for free admission.

If you cannot make the new date, please contact the office on 01622 753817.

Club chief executive Bill Williams said: “Tuesday evening was extremely frustrating and we thank everyone for their understanding for what were exceptional circumstances.

“We’ve liaised with Macclesfield about arrangements for the new date and are grateful to them for working with us to get that agreed.”
