We are looking forward to the busiest weekend of the season here at the Gallagher Stadium.
On Friday we host the Maidstone and Mid Kent Sunday Football League Challenge Cup final between East Malling and Weavering.
Then on Saturday after our regular Raiders sessions, Pebbles club and Maidstone United junior matches, the first team take on Ebbsfleet United in the Vanarama National League. That evening we then host a birthday party inside the Spitfire Lounge.
On Sunday it’s a Kent FA takeover with three county finals at the ground. The Stones are involved in two of the ties; our under 14 girls side face Danson Sports and our women’s first team take on Glebe. In addition, South London Blues will take on Petts Wood in the girls’ under 16s cup final.
Commercial manager Simon Daniel said:
“This coming weekend is a fantastic example of what we do here at the Gallagher Stadium.
“The stadium remains a key hub for the community to come and play or watch football, as well as being a preferred ground for local and county finals – and it brilliant to see two of our female sides taking part in these on Sunday.
“In addition, the Spitfire Lounge continues to be one of the county’s premier venues to hire for parties or gatherings. Slots are going fast for the rest of 2019 so any interested groups are encouraged to book as soon as possible.”
