Three players from the club’s under 23 side have been called-up to the first team squad.
The midfield trio of Ollie Freeman, Brad Jeffrey and Jordan Tingley have signed forms after being recommended by joint managers Simon Austin and Kane Rice.
Kane said: “I am delighted for the lads and they’re buzzing to have this opportunity.
“As much as we’re looking to have a good season in the Suburban League, the aim for us is to push players through to the first team and it’s great for me and Simon to work with John and Hak to make that happen.
“It’s been a good week for us with two other squad players getting first team football, just shows the value of what we’re doing.”
The team, which is sponsored by Captivate and Educate, was introduced this season to develop emerging local talent from the academy and youth football.
The under 23s are back in Suburban League action next Saturday at the Gallagher. Lingfield Reserves are the visitors for the 3pm kick off.
