The Boys Are Back in Town…

The Maidstone United development team are back with a bang on Saturday 10th April as they take on K-Sports U23 in the Suburban League Shield.

The shield is a mini-league / knockout tournament designed to give the teams some football before the season ends. It’s four regionalised groups with the winners going into the knockouts. Maidstone will face teams from Bromley, Erith Town, Corinthian & K-Sport.

Unfortunately it is still the case that all games will have to take place behind closed doors. StonesTV will be on hand to stream all home games free of charge via Youtube – with the option to make a donation. They will endeavour to carry full match replays, potential streams and the usual highlights from away games.

There is a chance supporters may be welcome for the final round of league games and the knockout stages, dependent on government guidance – so watch this space!
