How to log in

Returning Season Ticket Holder / Purchased on day

  1. You should be seeing this screen:

The stream is switched on around 1445 Saturdays & 1930 Tuesdays. The page should automatically start playing when it receives our stream. If at 10 minutes to kick off there is still no video:

  1. Try clicking the play button bottom left.
  2. Refresh your browser.
  3. Clear your cache and then log back in (If this then asks for a password look for an email from No-reply@ppvmail.com – It could be in your junk/spam folder).

 

Inserting a password – Returning season ticket holder / pre-booked in advance

  1. You will be seeing this screen:

Upon purchasing your ticket (Season tickets received email 6th October) you would have been sent a password. This password is not from MUFC, but our provider. Due to the security settings of a lot of email clients this may be in your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from No-reply@ppvmail.com – You might want to flag this as trusted / not junk to ensure future emails appear in your inbox.

Please note, all passwords use an uppercase i “I”. No an L or 1! Although easier to copy and paste some browsers do not allow this, so be prepared to type it in the box.

Once the system has accepted your password you will be taken back to this screen:

2 Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication is required is required when devices / IP address associated with the device has changed. This feature will disable your “old device” and activate your new one. We always recommend purchase on the device you intend to watch on. However, we’re aware this isn’t always possible, hence 2 factor authentication as a security measure.

If your IP address / device has changed toy will greeted with this screen:

Our provider will email an authorisation password. This is usually instant, however if the servers are busy it could take upto 20 minutes. Due to the security settings of a lot of email clients this may be in your spam/junk folder. The email is sent from No-reply@ppvmail.com – You might want to flag this as trusted / not junk to ensure future emails appear in your inbox.

You will receive an email that looks like this:

Click enter and after a quick check you should have access to the stream.

2 Factor Note: This password is specific to the device. Access code CAN BE SHARED if the devices are on the same computer network. Otherwise, Two-Factor Authentication is required.
