A small number of supporters are receiving this error message upon inputting their password. The common denominator appears to be Sky Broadband.
The problem appears to be the security settings of your network, Sky is blocking your network from communicating with ours.
If you turn off Sky Broadband Shield Protector before inputting your password it should eradicate this error. We will be doing further tests Friday (27th Nov) and updating accordingly.
